The kitchen area needs serious attention, hair in the freezer is unsightly!!! The key card cutoff time is frustrating, especially for families with kids!!! The cleanliness of the room just doesn’t meet expectations!!!

The staff was super helpful and quick to change my room when it had a smoke smell. The laundry app was simple to use, which made things easier. My family loved the spacious studio with two double beds. 😊

The laundry facilities were convenient to use, making our stay easier, especially with children. Our family appreciated the spaciousness of the studio, which allowed us to cook meals comfortably. Additionally, the hotel is close to shopping centers, making errands convenient.

However, the kitchen area required more attention, as we noticed cleanliness issues that detracted from our overall experience.

The spacious studio was perfect for my family, including our two dogs. We enjoyed family nights in front of the flat-screen TV with premium channels. Plus, the local shops made it easy to grab what we needed, adding convenience during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, a better cleaning service for kitchens would improve family stays.

Had a great stay with friends! The hotel had a cool flat-screen TV with free premium channels, which was perfect for our movie nights. We explored nearby attractions like Ford's Theater and the Maryland SoccerPlex, and it was nice to have a kitchen in our studio.

We did have a bit of trouble with the room's cleanliness when we first arrived, but overall, it didn’t ruin our trip.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location is great for business, close to I270 and various restaurants. The laundry facilities were convenient and the lobby looked well-kept. 😊

However, the breakfast options were quite limited, mostly just granola bars and oatmeal.

The studio with 2 double beds was great! Had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stovetop, and refrigerator. The bath included free toiletries and a hairdryer. Convenient dining area, nice carpeted floors, and a desk made it cozy. The heating worked well, and I appreciated the wake-up service too.

This was just a top selection for a two-day stay in Germantown with very good value for money. I appreciated how the front desk staff quickly found me a roll away bed after a mix-up with my reservation. If you need extra bedding, be sure to ask.
